Fitty

This is a basketball workout that I've invented over the years. For when you wanna play, but you're on your own. - Feel free to download it and use it if you want. Today I did only the 12, 11, 10, and 9 minute rounds. I think I'll keep a record everytime I do it.

- 8th of April '17 = 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4 (Completed 4Minute round - Some little kids wanted to play)
- 14th of April '17 = 12, 11, 10, 9 (Failed at 9 minute round with 37 points(I think))(Sore right thy/Hammy)
- 15th of April '17 = 12, 11, 10 (Failed at 10 minute round with 43 points, Sore in right thy/hamstring area)

 SUN - (21/5) - PilatesDVD1.(30mins). (Stiff sore back). Rugged up with thermal top tied around waist/lower back. And wore black thermals.

 SUN - (21/5) - 12(3.3). 11(2). 10. Then 1on1 1st to 21, 1's & 2's vs 14 yr old CAM. Lost. 20v22. Then 2 Games of TIPS. Win. Win. Then 2 games of HORSE. Win Win. (1st game no letters). (3:40PM to 5:30PM).
